A beautiful handcarved shell cameo is bezel set into a 14k yellow gold brooch mounting. Attatched to the mounting is a pendant bail. Dimensions of the cameo pendant are approximately 1 1/4 inches by 1 inch. Total weight is 3.1 penny weight.
