Blue topaz and mother of pearl bezel set into 14k yellow gold

A mother of pearl base is bezel set into a 14k yellow gold mounting and supports an oval 4.20 carat blue topaz. The topaz is also bezel set on top of the mother of pearl. The topaz pendant is suspended from an enhancer clasp which fits over a 7 1/2 to 8mm pearl. The mother of pearl pendant is approximately 1 1/4 inch by 1 inch. The pearl enhancer weighs 6.6 penny weight.
