McRae's Fine Jewelry's customer service goal is simple:  We are committed to providing our customers with fine quality jewelry and fine craftsmanship at an affordable price.  All done with our personal touch. 

Unlike other jewelry stores, we make each design, one at a time.  Each is unique, just like you.  We can customize many of our designs to your specifications.  Call us with your request, and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

To place on order, simply give us a call and we will verify the availabilty of an item.  Final payment and shipping preferences will be determined based on your needs.

Keep in mind, special orders cannot be refunded.  Once an item has been sized or altered, we cannot exchange or refund.

Special Order Pricing and Information

May of the items in our web store can be made in either white or yellow gold, or platinum.

If you like a ring or pendant mounting but would like a different type of gemstone, we can make it with the stone of your choice.  We can also take your gemstones and design a mounting just for you.

You can email us a picture or drawing and we will contact you with a quote.
